❌ Cancellation Policy

At IZABRATI, we strive to fulfil every order with care and efficiency. However, there may be rare instances where cancellations are necessary. Please review our cancellation guidelines below.

🛍️ Cancellations by IZABRATI

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include:

  • Limited availability of items
  • Inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing
  • Issues flagged by our fraud prevention system
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

We may request additional details or verification before processing your order. If your order is cancelled—either partially or fully—you will be notified, and any payment already made will be refunded to your original payment method.

🧾 Cancellations by Customer

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been accepted or processed by us.

 🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At IZABRATI, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product. We aim to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order.

🚫 Hair Accessories – No Returns

Due to hygiene and personal-use reasons, hair accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

💎 Jewellery – Return & Refund Guidelines

We accept returns for jewellery items if you're not satisfied, provided the following conditions are met:

🕒 Return Request Timeline

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • To inform us, please email hello@izabrati.in with your order ID and reason for return.

📦 Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back to us within 2 working days via a trackable courier or postal service.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
  • You must share the tracking ID with us once shipped.

✅ Refund Timeline

  • After we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we will initiate your refund within 2 to 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

📦 Damaged Products

We perform extensive quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item due to transit, we will replace it with the same or a similar item (based on availability).

To report damage, please email hello@izabrati.in within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear unboxing video (Recommended)
  • A photo of the item
  • A photo highlighting the damage

Once approved, you must return the item within 2 working days in its original packaging. After a quality check, we will send a replacement or initiate a refund within 2 to 3 working days.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
