Cancellation Policy

  • There are instances where we may need to cancel certain orders and are unable to fulfill them. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for any reason. Reasons for cancellation may include limited availability of items, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or issues flagged by our fraud prevention team.
  • We may also request additional information or verification before processing your order. If your order is cancelled, either partially or completely, we will notify you, and if your payment has been processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you.

Refund/Return Policy

Non-Returnable Policy:

Refunds are issued only for products that arrive damaged.

Damaged Products: We perform extensive quality checks before shipping our products. However, any damage that occurs during transit after the product has been dispatched is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it with another of the same or similar type, depending on our stock availability. Please email us at hello@izabrati.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, including an unboxing video and images of the damage, and we will provide you with further instructions. Claims regarding damage reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.

To initiate a replacement, you will need to provide:

  • A clear unboxing video of the product,
  • A photo of the item,
  • A photo highlighting the defects.

Once your replacement request is approved, you must return the product to us within 5 days. The item should be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. After we receive the returned item and conduct a quality check, we will send you a replacement of the same or similar item based on our inventory, or we will contact you for additional steps.

Please note that we cannot accept claims without a proper unboxing video.
