We offer shipping to almost all serviceable pin codes across India. Please enter your pin code during checkout to verify the availability of shipping to your location.

4. Order Processing Time

 * Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within seven business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

 * Custom/Personalized Orders: Processing time for custom or personalized orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of order placement.

 * Peak Seasons: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. We will communicate any delays promptly.

 * These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or public holidays.

 * You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 * Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination pin code, and the courier partner selected.

 * Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier partner's website or through Shiprocket's tracking portal.

8. Delivery Attempts

 * The courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts at the provided address.

 * If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to us.

 * In case of a returned shipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery.

9. Delivery Issues

 * Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address, including your phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

 * Damaged or Lost Shipments: If you receive a damaged package or suspect that your shipment is lost, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and tracking details. We will work with Shiprocket and the courier partner to resolve the issue.

 * Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or courier partner issues.
